Where are you located?
We are based in Alkmaar, The Netherlands. We are a part of Triple, one of the leading digital agencies in The Netherlands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We ship to most countries from our Alkmaar headquarters. Unfortunately, the shipping costs tend to be higher when shipping internationally. We do not make profit on the shipping, it is the carrier fee.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, VISA and Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal, ApplePay and iDEAL.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
We have included a size chart to the product pages. The jerseys may fit slightly smaller than your usual size.
Can I order an official jersey with my own name?
Our shirts can not be personalised yet. You can choose the number, but we do not offer custom names as of yet. We will update our website once we do.
When will I receive my order?
This depends on where you live. We ship out new orders within 1-2 business days. Most people in The Netherlands will receive it within 1-2 business days. International shipping requires approximately 1-2 weeks.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, once your order has been shipped a Dutch tracking number will be sent over to you so you can track your order.
If you're an international customer, the fact if you receive a tracking number depends on the country you live in.
How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
Make sure to email us as soon as possible. We can not guarantee we can still adjust the order, but we will try to accommodate where possible.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We want your order to fit you. All unworn and unwashed shirts can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact us at email@example.com for return instructions.
All sale items are final sale and no returns will be accepted.
Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
Most definitely. Does your product not fit? Return the product, and we will make sure to exchange it as soon as possible.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
We try to refund within 14 days after receiving the return.
